Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

The Antipodium website abides by the rules of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for all orders purchased and delivered within the UK and so it is these regulations that form the basis of our policy regarding Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges.

Returns of Sales Items

In the event that you have purchased Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) and wish to return or exchange part or all of your order for other sizes or colours you can contact us by email within 7 working days (with the 7 day period beginning one day after you receive your order).

We will then contact you via email to confirm that we have received your request and to advise of availability of exchange or that we are processing your refund. We will advise you by email of your Returns Authorisation Number.

All sale items for exchange or return must either be sent via registered mail or through our courier service, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred for the exchange or return of Sale items is payable by you.

Please include a completed “Returns and Exchanges” Form with your returned product(s) so that we can correctly process your return.

Until the order is received by us at the address below it will be your responsibility to retain the goods and to take reasonable care of the goods until the goods are returned to us. Please note that if we do not receive your goods in good condition then we will be unable to process a return for an exchange or refund.

Please allow 7 to 14 days to receive your new items, from the time that we receive your return. In the event that you request a replacement item and if one is no longer available we will advise you of this via email and refund you the cost of the product(s). If you have returned your total order for exchange and no replacement items are available we will refund you the total cost of the order contract (this includes all delivery charges).

Cancellations

For orders that are placed in the UK you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days (with the 7 day period beginning one day after you receive your order). In order to cancel your order you must notify Antipodium in writing either by email or post within this 7 working day time period.

For orders that are placed outside the UK, you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days (with the 7 day period beginning one day after you receive your order). In order to cancel your order you must notify Antipodium in writing either by email or post within this 7 working day time period. Should your order have incurred any additional import duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country, these are payable by you and will be deducted from your refund.

To notify us of your order cancellation by email you can contact us at our [email protected] email address with “Order Cancellation” as the subject line and including your Name and Invoice Number in the body of the email.

If you are unable to contact us by email, you can send us notification of your order cancellation by post. You can send a letter to the following address – Antipodium Cancellation, Unit 3, 7 Winkley Street, London, United Kingdom, E26PY. Please include your Invoice Number in the cancellation letter as well as your full name and details of your cancellation.

We will then contact you via email to confirm that we have received your cancellation request and to advise that we are processing a refund of the total cost of your order contract (including any delivery costs that we have charged you). During this cancellation period it will be your responsibility to retain the goods and to take reasonable care of the goods until the goods are returned to us. We ask that you keep all associated tags and packaging with the products and keep the products undamaged and unsoiled. If you intend to cancel your order we ask that you do not wear the products for any unreasonable length of time to prevent damage.

Please include a completed “Returns and Exchanges” Form with your returned product(s) so that we can correctly process your return. This form is located on the bottom half of the “Order Details” form that you would have received with the delivery of your order. If you no longer have this form please contact us on [email protected] and we will arrange an alternative for you.

For orders dispatched to the UK, we will arrange complimentary collection of the products back to our Antipodium address. We will advise you via email of the process for your return, and to organise a time for collection of the products that you are returning.

Partial Order Returns

In the event that you want to return part of your order for any reason you can contact us by email within 7 working days (with the 7 day period beginning one day after you receive your order).

To notify us of your partial order return by email you can contact us at our [email protected] email address with “Order Return” as the subject line and including your full name and Invoice Number in the body of the email. You should also tell us in the body of the email what part of your order you need to return to us using the Product Code listed on your invoice and specify that you wish to return the product(s) for a refund (as opposed to exchanging the products for another colour or size).

We will then contact you via email to confirm that we have received your return request and to advise that we are processing a refund of the cost of that part of your order. We will then advise you by email of your Returns Authorisation Number which you will need to fill out the “Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges” Form.

Please include a completed “Returns and Exchanges” Form with your returned product(s) so that we can correctly process your return. This form is located on the bottom half of the "Order Details" form that you would have received with the delivery of your order. Exchanges

In the event that you wish to exchange part or all of your order for other sizes or colours you can contact us by email within 7 working days (with the 7 day period beginning one day after you receive your order).

To notify us of your exchange by email you can contact us at our [email protected] email address with “Order Exchange” as the subject line and including your full name and Invoice Number in the body of the email. You should also tell us in the body of the email whether it is all or part of the order that you wish to exchange. You can also notify us of which colour and size you would prefer. While we cannot guarantee that we can reserve a replacement item for you, we will endeavour to hold a substitute item for you if available.

If you wish to exchange part of your order for a completely different item, please specify this in your email noting the new style name, colour and size that you will require. You should also note all of this information on your “Returns and Exchanges” Form.

Please include a completed “Returns and Exchanges” Form with your returned product(s) so that we can correctly process your exchange, taking care to note which new items you will want to receive. This form is located on the bottom half of the “Order Details” form that you would have received with the delivery of your order. In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or have received an item that is faulty you can contact us by email within 7 working days (with the 7 day period beginning one day after you receive your order).

To notify us of your problem by email you can contact us at our [email protected] email address with “Incorrect Order” or “Faulty Order” as the subject line and including your full name and Invoice Number in the body of the email. You should also tell us in the body of the email whether it is all or part of the order that has been wrongly delivered, or explain any garment faults.

If you wish to exchange the incorrect or faulty item for a replacement please specify this in your email noting the new style name, colour and size that you will require. If you wish to return the incorrect or faulty item for a refund please specify this in your email. You should also note all of this information on your “Returns and Exchanges” Form.

In the event of the delivery of an incorrect or faulty item we will arrange complimentary collection of the products back to our Antipodium address. We will advise you via email of the process for your return, and to organise a time for collection of the products that you are returning.

Please include a completed “Returns and Exchanges” Form with your returned product(s) so that we can correctly process your replacement or refund, taking care to note which new items you will want to receive. This form is located on the bottom half of the “Order Details” form that you would have received with the delivery of your order. If you no longer have this form please contact us on [email protected] and we will arrange an alternative for you.

Until the incorrect or faulty goods are picked up, we ask that you keep all associated tags and packaging with the product(s). If you intend to have part of your order replaced or refunded we ask that you do not wear the product(s) for any unreasonable length of time. Please put the garments back inside the original packaging and tape the packaging closed ready for delivery. You can enclose your “Returns and Exchanges” Form inside the satchel with the garment/s.
